Usually I don’t write directly about my job, but this time my “boss” asked me to do that (actually we don’t have bosses and employes … just team and team players). We need (as soon as possible) extremely good sitebuilder. Here’s the open position announcement:

As a site builder your work will provide the foundation for our design concepts. Your talent for realizing even the wildest ideas will come from your mastery of contemporary web standards, and will be matched by a knack for knowing when the rules can be broken.
This position will allow your extensive knowledge of cutting-edge HTML, AJAX, and JavaScript to shine. You will need to be hard-working and prompt, with the qualities and communication skills that make teamwork a breeze.
Essential criteria:
- Ability to communicate with clients and team members
- Experience of working on simultaneous projects
- Serious professionalism with a sunny disposition
- Highly proficient in contemporary web standards including CSS layouts and hacks
- Adept in AJAX and DOM scripting projects
- Well versed in the use of JavaScript libraries such as JQuery, Prototype.js etc.
- Know-how with .NET projects
- Hands-on experience of solving browser problems
Desirable:
- Knowledge of UI design and .NET AJAX library
